Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Lead daily on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Drive project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved
- Oversee installation and coordination of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations
- Conduct daily huddles, coordination meetings, and subcontractor planning sessions
- Monitor quality standards and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, owners, consultants, and commissioning teams
- Maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports, inspections, and work progress updates
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or productivity
- Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce planning
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure field teams have the information needed for success
- Support project commissioning activities and turnover requirements
- Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

The Successful Applicant
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
- Prior experience delivering mission critical, data center, industrial, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or similarly complex projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
- Experience coordinating multiple trades on fast-paced construction projects
- Knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and mission critical infrastructure
- Proven ability to maintain project schedules while delivering quality workmanship
- Strong understanding of safety programs, OSHA regulations, and jobsite best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
