• Smile and create a warm atmosphere
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and promote the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly yet thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift and carry items regularly
