Key Responsibilities:
- Sanitize and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and service areas.
- Prepare and produce a wide variety of bakery products with flair.
- Monitor and replenish kitchen production items using proper rotation procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff directly or through lead personnel.
- Ensure compliance with personal hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant culinary and/or baking experience required.
- Gluten-free baking experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and perform essential functions for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, bend, squat; ability to lift and move up to 25lbs
- Active listening skills to understand and engage with team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent or culinary training.
