About our Agency:I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of seven. Before joining State Farm, I worked in the mutual funds industry before being recruited to become an agent. I attended college in California and enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking, and finding the balance between working hard and having fun.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
