About our Agency:I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a team of five full-time professionals. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Auto Underwriting Supervisor, giving me a strong foundation in the insurance industry. I attended California State University, Northridge, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
