About our Agency:I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate, where I developed a passion for serving customers and building great teams. I'm a graduate of Texas A&M University, a proud husband, father, and grandfather, and enjoy golfing, fishing, and spending time with my family.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
