Multi‑State Field Superintendent, Ground‑Up Projects

Full Time | $100,000–$125,000 annually

What you’ll own

• End‑to‑end on‑site coordination across all construction phases.
• Daily direction of subcontractors and deployment of materials/equipment.
• Strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Schedule leadership: help build the schedule and monitor its execution.
• Budget stewardship for manpower and resources to keep work on target.
• Quality control: plan inspections and verify results against requirements.
• Job site safety and security leadership for all personnel and activities.
• Daily jobsite travel to manage people, production, and progress reviews.

Role snapshot

Reports to: Project Manager

Accountabilities: Scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Scope: Monitor projects from planning to completion, including manpower/resource budgeting and scheduling; assist with schedule creation and drive execution; enforce standards and quality procedures; uphold safety and site security.
