Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor construction schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety, and production standards.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Help manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership groups.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality.
• Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance across all trades.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably within multifamily, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience supporting field operations on ground-up construction projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Self-motivated with a desire to develop into a Superintendent role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Multifamily construction experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA certification or a strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.
