Our company is looking for an experienced Network Installation technician. Our ideal candidate will be able to repair anything from data networks to security systems. Due to the nature of this position, applicants must be comfortable working in small spaces and under time pressure. Qualified candidates should have construction experience and a background working on security systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

A Qualified Installation Technician will need to install, troubleshoot, and certify all types of data network / security cable in a commercial environment.

Installation Technician’s will travel to the client site to complete necessary projects.

Clerical, good documentation skills, and ability to follow procedure is a must.

Qualified candidates should be familiar with, or can learn / become familiar with:

* Data Network Systems/Security systems Troubleshooting

* Low Voltage Commercial cabling experience

* Fiber Optic Cable Installation Single Mode and Multi-Mode

* Pulling, terminating and testing of Cat 5E, Cat6, Fiber, and Coax

* CCTV / video surveillance

* Conduit / Raceway / Inner-duct Installation

* Inside manufacturing plant / outside manufacturing plant / commercial buildings / schools / campus / environments

* Construction / Industrial work environment

* Construction environment Safety
