Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

Description:

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
• Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
• Will be required to work in multiple systems
• Manage project budgets
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
• Insure that all parties are aware of project status
• Conduct deployment calls
• This opening is for a Real Estate Specialist in the Florida/Georgia/Alabama submarket focusing on Macro network builds. You will be responsible for managing real estate macro new build process or managing real estate macro modification process.

This opening is to mangage the Macro Real Estate process in Florida/Georgia/Alabama submarket. You will be focused on either macro modification or macro initial builds.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Experience in telecom site acquistion or real estate. (5 yrs +)

Project Management Experience (5 yrs +)

High Attention to Detail

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Must have strong ability to be organized, hold vendors accountable for desired progress, provide deadlines and deliverables within needed SLAs as set by project manager.
• Financial or PO experience.
• Experience working for a telecom provider previously is a plus.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma

College or 5+ years experience
