New Car Sales Manager

 As the New Car Sales Manager, you will drive new car sales performance, develop sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a superior buying experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to maximize sales.
• Coach, train, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as legal and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new car sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Familiarity with automotive CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
