Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Nighttime Kitchen Manager to lead our Back of House operations during afternoon and evening shifts.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, develops Team Members, maintains high operational standards, and creates a positive and accountable kitchen environment.

As our Nighttime Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee daily kitchen execution, support team development, and ensure our restaurant consistently delivers outstanding food quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Evening Kitchen Operations

• Lead and oversee Back of House operations during afternoon and evening shifts.
• Manage kitchen workflow, productivity, and execution during busy dinner periods.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A food safety and sanitation standards.
• Make operational decisions and solve problems effectively during assigned shifts.
