 What We Offer

• $19.25/hr Base Pay + Bonuses

• Promotions up to $28.50/hr

• Daily, weekly & monthly bonuses

• Flexible scheduling (Part-Time)

• Outdoor, community‑focused work in high‑traffic areas like Downtown Denver, 16th Street Mall, Union Station, and local parks

• Represent respected charities with compassion and professionalism

• Work outdoors with a supportive, mission‑driven team in one of the country’s most active, community‑minded cities

People who care deeply about community, justice, the environment, and helping others. Experience in customer service, sales, fundraising, hospitality, retail, sports, or performing arts is helpful — but passion and positivity matter most.
