Make a Difference Every Day as a Residential Nurse Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 4:00pm-8:00pm (Wednesday 8:00am-12:00pm). 20 hours weekly.
As a Residential Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health and wellness of residents in our Transitional Services program. You’ll provide compassionate nursing care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and help create a safe, supportive environment that fosters hope, stability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring residents’ physical and mental health
Manage medications safely and accurately, including documentation, controlled substances, and patient education
Coordinate care with staff, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
Observe and report changes in resident condition and respond appropriately to emergencies
Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures and provide guidance to new staff on protocols
Participate in team and leadership meetings, and support a positive, mission-driven care environment
Engage with residents through individual or group activities to promote wellness and skill development
Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting equipment or residents when needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED required • Practical Nursing certificate or Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION • LPN, RN, or GPN/GN – must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
