Salary range: $122,233.97 - $165,374.64 per year

Bonus: Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead daily operations, workflow, and nursing resources in the ED, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
  • Oversee staff performance, development, and engagement through hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards while identifying and resolving issues affecting patient care and unit performance.
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively, balancing operational needs with high standards for patient, physician, and staff satisfaction.
  • 24/7 responsibility
  • Responsible for ED and Float Pool management. 
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

 

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

 

Education:


• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:
  • RN ED experience strongly preferred.
  • 1 year leadership experience as a Manager strongly preferred.
