Nurse Manager, RN Full Time PM

We are seeking a Leader at our Westover campus, a consistently top-rated, 5 Star, senior continued care community. This nurse will actively work on the floor with our caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care while guiding and supporting the team to reach shared goals. In this role, you won’t be sitting in an office—you will actively partner with your team, providing real-time coaching, mentorship, and support while delivering high-quality, care to our residents. Your positive attitude, confident presence, and hands-on approach to leadership will serve to set the tone for the unit, ensuring a collaborative, accountable, and caring environment. 

Location: Westover - 855 Stahlheber Road, Hamilton 45013

Schedules: Full Time Night Shift (6:30pm - 7:00am) every third weekend rotation

Pay: 

• Starting at $37.00/hour, based on date of licensure. 
• 40/36 perfect attendance bonus - paid 40 hours for working 36!
• $3.00/hour shift differential
• $5000 sign on bonus
