Nurse Practitioner - Hospice/ Palliative Care

PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospice team in Bellingham, Washington.

This full-time position supports patients receiving hospice care through a combination of inpatient hospice, telehealth, symptom management, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Join a highly collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Hospice and/or Palliative Care experience preferred.
• Washington license required.
• Epic experience preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time (1.0 FTE); Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Shared after-hours telephone call coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

• $78.25- $92.21 per hour, based on experience.
