Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on care across four Level III NICUs
Manage care for ~1,700 NICU admissions and 10,000+ births annually
Provide advanced interventions, including:
High-frequency ventilation
Inhaled nitric oxide therapy
Total body cooling for HIE
Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and mentorship programs
Support families with compassionate, clear communication throughout the NICU journey
