We are seeking an occupational therapist to join our team covering a portion of the twin cities area.
Who We ArePrescott Therapies is a locally owned, mission-driven practice serving adults with developmental disabilities across the Twin Cities metro. Our interdisciplinary team provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy in group homes and home health settings.

What You’ll Do
- Design and carry out individualized occupational therapy plans of care
- Work hands-on with patients to maximize function and independence
- Collaborate with team members and partner organizations to achieve outstanding outcomes
What You Bring
- Ability to manage a physical workload
- Strong rapport-building skills with a diverse caseload
- Current MN occupational therapy license
- CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Passion for patient-centered care
