Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop OT treatment plans

• Provide ADL-focused therapy interventions

• Supervise COTAs and coordinate care delivery

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans

• Complete timely, compliant documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited OT program

• Active California OT license (required)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong communication and clinical skills
