Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of admin or office support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Sharp eye for detail and love for organization
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
• Friendly personality and professional polish

Job Duties:

• Keep calendars, schedules, and priorities in check
• Be the first line of communication-emails, calls, and requests go through you
• Organize, plan, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Support executives, teams, and projects with sharp efficiency
