Job Description: Office Assistant
Mini Mops Office Assistant Job Purpose: Supports company operations by assisting with the maintenance and management of office, operational, sales, and safety systems.
Mini Mops Office Assistant Job Duties:
Maintains office services and efficiency by following office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems; procuring supplies and equipment; performing clerical functions.
Assists with handling client care and sales, including: on-site client estimates; client scheduling; client communication (by phone, email and traditional mail); client complaint resolution.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; purchasing supplies and equipment; laundering reusable supplies.
Keeps executive management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Manages company safety program to remain in compliance with OSHA and insurance requirements, including: performing routine safety inspections; scheduling and running routine safety meetings and training; keeping safety program updated.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Represents company with membership in local networking organizations, including BNI, Fresno Women’s Network, Fresno County Women’s Chamber of Commerce, etc.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Verbal and Written Communication, Customer Service and Sales, Microsoft Office (Access, Outlook, Word and Excel), Staff and Client Scheduling, Presentation and Networking Skills, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
