We are currently looking for an Office Assistant in the Richmond, VA area. This is an in-office 5 days per week role.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front desk support, supporting day-to-day office and facilities, assists in arranging service from property mgmt. and vendors, setting up meetings, ordering and securing supplies, securing & distribution of mail, inventory of all common areas, ordering and setting up meals/catering, maintaining all office machines, managing inbox requests.
