We are Healing Kidneys, a medical practice located in Harris & Montgomery county. We take pride in taking care of our patients with empathy & care. We are looking for a Office Manager to help manage our growth and assist in managing the day-day operations.
Essential qualities for a successful candidate will have:
1) At minimum associates degree in business.
2) Should have 3 or more years of managing medical practice
3) Must be able to set achievable goals and followup on business KPI's.
4) Should be able to work independently and achieve goals set by management
5) Should improve efficiency in operations
6) Should be self accountable, honest and transparent in any financial dealings.
7) Should possess good communication skills and be a good team player
8) Should know Medical staff credentialing process
