We are supporting our client on a search for an Office Manager who will make their San Francisco office feel like the best place to work in the city. This is a high-visibility seat for someone who gets energy from making other people happy.

You will be in-office five days per week, partner with People Ops and Finance, and own everything from vendors to events. We are open to office managers, senior receptionists, and hospitality folks ready to move into tech.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day office experience for the SF team
  • Manage vendors for cleaning, snacks, security, and facilities
  • Coordinate catering, events, and team offsites
  • Greet visitors and run front-of-house
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Partner with finance on office budgets and procurement

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of office management, hospitality, or admin experience
  • High service mindset and warmth with people
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and basic vendor tools
  • In-office presence five days per week in SF
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
