Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage Office Receptionist and assist with customer inquiries, reservations, and administrative tasks in Birmingham, AL.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Assist with reservations, bookings, and general inquiries
- Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
- Keep accurate records of client interactions
- Provide general administrative support to the team

Schedule & Compensation
