Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for office renovations, commercial interiors, tenant improvement, and build-out projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Drive project schedules and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct daily site walks and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve schedule, quality, and constructability issues.
• Manage site logistics in occupied and active environments.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
• Enforce company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Deliver projects on time while exceeding client expectations.

Profile

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Experience leading office renovations, tenant improvements, commercial interiors, retail build-outs, or similar renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project scheduling.
• Ability to successfully coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Experience working in occupied facilities or active business environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.Experience with retail, office, healthcare, education, hospitality, or mixed-use renovations

• Experience managing projects ranging from $1M-$15M+.
• Familiarity with Columbus-area subcontractors and trade partners.
• OSHA Certification.
• Strong field presence and leadership style.

• Comfortable managing fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules.
