Shift: 1st 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Job Description:
This is a hands-on position;candidate will be assisting with office services related tasks such as printing/copying/scanning;sending out overnight packages and regular mail;may need to assist with conference room setups (food/beverage);coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff. Personnel that have experience in the industry, previously worked at a law firm and customer service oriented. There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking. No special equipment besides the copiers.
