Mon-Fri, (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

The candidate must be customer centric and be able to provide exceptional customer service and remain flexible with office support. Need to be able to work independently but good within a team environment. Daily responsibility will include mailroom support services and hospitality services. Candidate will assist with processing incoming mail and packages along with providing customer support within the office services environment. The candidate must be able to work within an office support environment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference rooms and meeting spaces
• Arrange tables, chairs, podiums, divider walls, and conference equipment
• Set up food, beverages, coffee, ice, cups, plates, napkins, and other meeting supplies
• Maintain and restock kitchens, pantries, conference rooms, and office supplies
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, ice machines, and other kitchen equipment
• Perform conference room sweeps, including adjusting chairs, wiping tables, and restocking supplies
• Greet and assist clients, employees, and guests
• Support conference and hospitality events
• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Distribute office supplies and packages
• Provide basic clerical, copying, and office support
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Provide excellent and professional customer service
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 2 years of hospitality and/or office experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and office equipment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to follow directions and meet customer expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
