Responsibilities:

You'll learn the business by doing the business.

• Meet with clients and identify their insurance and retirement needs
• Explain available solutions clearly and professionally
• Build lasting client relationships through strong service and follow-up
• Develop your skills in sales, communication and relationship management
• Learn the senior insurance and retirement marketplace
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• As you progress, learn to recruit, train, mentor and lead other insurance professionals
• Develop the skills needed to build and manage a successful sales team

We're looking for someone who is:

• Competitive, coachable and motivated
• Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
• Interested in sales, business development and leadership
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Professional and dependable
• Able to learn quickly and follow a proven system
• Interested in growing into sales management
• Previous sales, customer service or leadership experience is helpful, but not required
