3+Month Contract

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support daily office operations, high-volume printing, copying, scanning, document management, and mailroom services. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, opening, processing, organizing, and storing documents in designated files while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
The person will be receiving, checking opening and processing and storage documents in different files.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D/3D print and copy machines, scanners, mail processing equipment, and related office equipment.
• Perform copying, scanning, binding, finishing, sorting, filing, archiving, and document processing.
• Receive, check, open, process, organize, and store documents in different files.
• Operate image handling software, MS Office, email, fax machines, postage meters, calculators, and other required equipment.
• Ensure convenience copiers operate properly through daily inspections; clear paper jams and report equipment issues to technicians.
• Provide equipment troubleshooting and coordinate service calls as required.
• Maintain daily meter and service logs, management reports, inventory records, and billing logs.
• Maintain inventory and distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, mail, and completed jobs to designated locations.
• Calculate charges for completed jobs and maintain related billing records.
• Respond to customer questions regarding job status or feasibility and coordinate job requests.
• Deliver completed jobs to predetermined customer locations within and outside the site.
• Perform shipping and receiving of materials and supplies.
• Maintain clean, neat, and well-stocked convenience copier areas.
• Operate shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drills, bindery equipment, joggers, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, and scales.
• Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving old documents, as requested.
• May assist with meeting room setup, reception, light maintenance, and other building functions.
• May travel between customer buildings as required.
• Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience; related copy job experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.
• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instructions.
• Ability to prepare, provide, and convey diversified information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, climb, and perform similar physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50–55 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull machines on wheels weighing up to 700 lbs. when required for repairs.
• Walking between buildings may be required.
