About the Role

Join Indotronix as a Material Planning Coordinator III and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material flow for our operations in Anniston, AL. As part of a collaborative onsite team, you'll coordinate critical supply chain activities, optimize inventory control, and support process improvements to drive production success. Responsibilities

• Execute and manage detailed MRP production schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and warehouse teams for material coordination
• Ensure timely material availability and proactively prevent stock-outs
• Track work orders, monitor material consumption, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with cycle counts
• Prepare and process essential material and shipping documentation
• Support demand planning, quickly resolve material-related issues, and champion process improvements

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Hands-on experience with MRP systems and production reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team setting
• 1+ years in Operations or Supply Chain roles
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Oracle or SAP MRP systems
• Proven problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
• Customer-focused approach
• Background in Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Defense
• Bachelor's degree
