Job Summary

We’re hiring a performance-driven Onsite Recruiting Coordinator to support our client directly from their Pueblo, CO location. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on skilled trades and manufacturing positions. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for high-volume requisitions

• Cold-call and network to build strong pipelines of qualified talent

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications with urgency and professionalism

• Support onboarding and compliance processes for new hires

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to meet staffing goals

• Assist in launching and recruiting for our Outsourcing team once active on-site

What We Really Want

• Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades environments

• Strong communication and sourcing skills, especially in high-volume settings

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently at a client site

• Able to manage competing priorities and meet performance KPIs

• Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred)

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
