Pay Range: $42 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Must have skills: - Onboarding, Offboarding, Extension, JIRA, Rippling
- 3–5 years of experience in People operations, workforce operations, or a high-volume coordination role.
- Comfortable working in JIRA, Rippling (or similar HRIS), and Slack - you don't need to be an expert, but you should be able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail - you're tracking hundreds of contractors across multiple systems and locations, and accuracy matters.
- Able to manage a high volume of inbound requests without losing track of priorities
- Clear, responsive communicator - you'll be the person staffing agencies, contractors, and internal teams reach out to daily.
- Experience working with staffing agencies or managed service providers is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and urgency is real.
