AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise field staff and cleaning crews
• Monitor job performance and conduct regular quality control inspections
• Manage supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Track key performance metrics and report on operational outcomes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of operations management experience, preferably in cleaning, facilities, or a service-based industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Solid communication skills for client relations and staff coordination
• Proficiency with scheduling software, basic computer applications, and reporting tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
