Job Title: Client Services Representative (Spanish)
Location: Miami, FL 33131
Schedule: Mexico business hours and holidays (includes working during U.S. holidays)
Training: 120 days, 100% onsite | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Work Arrangement: After training, transition to a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Pay Rate: $21.03/hour (paid weekly)
Start Date: 11/30/2026, pending onboarding completion
Contract Duration: Initial 12-months, with potential for extension or conversion

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries received through phone and email channels.
- Review, analyze, and determine appropriate handling and resolution of client requests.
- Support clients with treasury, cash management, card, and depository product inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve client issues.
- Provide technical and operational support to clients when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while managing client communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while interacting with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
