Job Description
Supply Chain Functional Track LeadKey ResponsibilitiesOracle Transportation Management (OTM)- Lead OTM implementations and upgrades (Cloud or On-Prem).
- Configure and optimize modules like Order Management, Shipment Management, and Carrier Management.
- Design and manage integrations with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.).
- Customize workflows using Automation Agents and SQL/PLSQL.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline transportation processes.
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)- Implement and support Oracle WMS Cloud or EBS WMS modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and functional design documentation.
- Configure inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless WMS integration with other systems.
AS/400 (IBM iSeries)- Develop and maintain applications using RPG IV, RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2/400.
- Support legacy systems and modernize batch applications.
- Perform system analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 10+ years of experience across OTM, WMS, and AS/400 platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, OTM Cloud, and WMS Cloud.
- Proficiency in RPG programming and IBM iSeries system architecture.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, and integration tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
