Job Summary
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator II to support packaging operations and coordinate the resolution of parts and shipment issues at the John Deere Mattoon Distribution Center.
The role involves working with distribution centers, factories, vendors, and dealers to improve safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts moving through the distribution network.
Support packaging projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
Perform data entry, prepare documents, and manage email communications.
Coordinate resolution of parts issues involving identification, mixed stock, defective stock, and unshipped orders.
Work with distribution centers, factories, vendors, and dealers to resolve operational issues.
Maintain and update Microsoft Office documents, databases, and departmental systems.
Analyze datasets, identify recurring issues, and support effective decision-making.
Coordinate activities and prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines.
Follow established procedures and support continuous workflow improvements.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to review and analyze datasets.
Experience coordinating issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for approximately 70% of the workday.
Comfortable working in a busy, high-traffic warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or production environment.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP.
Knowledge of developing work standards and improving processes.
Previous administrative or order fulfillment experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
