Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking an experienced Outage Scheduler (Control IV) to support our Power Generation Energy Facilities. In this critical role, you'll develop, coordinate, and maintain outageschedules that keep our operations reliable, safe, and optimized.
Effective communication is essential in this role. The Scheduler works closely with Coordinators and Planners who are responsible for creating and updating work orders, developing and revising standard job plans, and maintaining the preventive maintenance (PM) database. This includes reviewing and correcting job estimates for repeatable tasks, closing schedules, and evaluating close-out comments for follow-up actions, building and updating bills of materials, and generating reports. The Scheduler ensures alignment across these activities to support daily operations and maintain accurate, efficient scheduling processes. To be successful in this role, you bring a strong combination of technical knowledge, scheduling expertise, and leadership skills.
