All Current is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey with distribution and assembly facilities strategically located across the U.S. We seek team members to come grow with us!

Pay Range: First-year guarantee $85,000 base salary, thereafter 100% commission-based compensation

Job Summary

All Current Electric is on a serious growth trajectory - and we need a hungry, driven sales professional to join our team in Chicago. This isnt a role where youll be one of twenty reps fighting over scraps. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something real, claim your territory, and grow alongside a company that is firing on all cylinders.

As our Illinois- based rep, youll cover the city of Chicago along with Michigan, Wisconsin & Indiana- all the while backed by the full strength of our corporate team. Your job is to get out there, build relationships, and close deals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of contractors, builders, developers, and commercial clients
  • Serve as the face of All Current Electric throughout your territory - attend job sites, industry events, and client meetings
  • Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate closely with our corporate support team on quotes, proposals, and project fulfillment
  • Report on activity, pipeline progress, and market intelligence to leadership

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • 4-5 years of hands-on sales experience in a related industry - electrical, construction, HVAC, utilities, or building materials - with a track record of working with clients
  • A four-year degree is not required; real-world hustle and industry knowledge will always stand out here

Skills & Traits

  • Self-starter who thrives without a manager looking over your shoulder
  • Natural communicator - you can talk to a project superintendent on a job site and a VP in a boardroom
  • Organized, disciplined, and relentless in your follow-through
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Florida to meet clients face-to-face
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or a willingness to learn
  • A genuine passion for winning - and for helping clients solve real problems
