Job Summary
Full Commission, No Cap! We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative/Account Professional to join our Construction Services team. In this role, you will generate and manage assigned leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your assignment, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful contracts. The ideal candidate is grounded in integrity, has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, detail oriented, organized, and has a strong desire to close deals. 

Responsibilities 
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your assignment
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
  • Manage projects and accounts
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Construction experience is a plus
  • Strong English required
  • Working Spanish is a plus
