Creates, implements and executes a sales plan to increase market share in a particular territory. Develops a strong relationship with strategic customers by establishing rapport, thus maintaining and growing sales and margin with the existing customer base. Develops proposals, contracts, and agreements to secure long term business. Introduces new material to customers and educates them on use and applications. Develops new customers by prospecting and lead follow-up. Sells value-added services and solutions. (Measure with Pipeline Development and GNC)
