Job Summary


 LB Harbors Roofing is a licensed Bay Area roofing contractor expanding into North San Diego County with a Commercial Property focused division. We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to launch and lead our new North San Diego County market. In this role, you will generate leads, price and close roofing jobs, and coordinate with our crew for execution. Your income is directly tied to your pricing and sales volume—no base salary, no limits on earning potential. 


Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with real estate offices, property managers, and general contractors in North San Diego County
• Price and close roofing jobs
• Manage the sales cycle from lead to customer handoff
• Coordinate job delivery and customer communication
• Represent LB Harbors professionally with every customer

Qualifications

• Commercial Roofing sales experience or commercial roofing background required
• Must bring an existing crew OR ability to build one in North County
• Ability to price jobs competitively
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and sales-driven
