Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers in Venice to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and nighttime routines
• Help with toileting and other personal care needs as required
• Provide companionship and reassurance
• Assist with repositioning and mobility when needed
• Follow individualized plans of care
• Monitor and communicate changes in client needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Provide dependable, attentive care throughout the overnight shift

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on caregiving experience preferred
• Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to email and a smartphone
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
• Able to commit to an overnight schedule
