Implement active treatment, training programs, competency checks, behavior plans/protocols and service goals including, but not limited to areas of self-help, daily living, social skills, leisure activities and community inclusion for all residents. Master all skills and competencies of a Direct Support Professional 3: Provide assistance with personal care for all residents as needed including, but not limited to, toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene needs.
