Overnight Cosntruction Laborer (Traveling Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team on an overnight construction project. This position will support the field crew with general labor, material handling, site cleanup, and other construction-related tasks while working safely and efficiently during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and physical work on an active job site
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
• Assist carpenters, operators, and other skilled trades as needed
• Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and supervisor instructions
• Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas
• Work efficiently with the crew during overnight operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
• Must have appropriate PPE, including work boots and hard hat
• OSHA 10 is a plus
