Position: P-Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $42.00 to $52.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a P-Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical mobility and overall quality of life. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor and document patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing future injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Current CPR certification
Salary and Benefits:
