Packer - 1st Shift

As part of their team, youll help ensure products are packed accurately and efficiently, supporting their reputation for high standards. Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay:
$14.20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform packaging duties including packing, stacking, and palletizing finished goods
Supply packaging materials to the production line in coordination with operators and material handlers
Assist with training and guiding temporary employees on packing procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow sanitation requirements
Support waste removal efforts across the production line
Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain strong attendance and reliability
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and understand safety rules, procedures, and work instructions
Strong communication skills and effective teamwork
Ability to stay organized and maintain a safe work environment
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous manufacturing or packing experience (not required but a plus)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic physical capability to lift, bend, and move products as needed
