Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Must be able to mix and measure paint per specifications.
- Review work order and confirm mixed paint and part match, prior to painting in booth
- Clean parts as per specification Paint part according to specification and thickness
- Keep paint booth filters changed, booth FOD free and complete paperwork.
- Post paint inspection of parts for appearance and proper coverage.
- Able to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals
- Applies some advanced skills that allow employee to adapt and meet some complex or non-routine
situations - Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during spray painting operations.
- Complete the paint daily checklist.
- Properly utilizes all PPE required under OSHA Guidelines.
- Maintains all paint equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
