Hildebrand Law Firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Paralegal to support our attorneys in providing exceptional legal services. This position plays a vital role in assisting with estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, business law, and real estate matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding client service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms under attorney supervision.Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and related documents.Assist with probate and trust administration by preparing court filings, inventories, accountings, and supporting documentation.Prepare Medicaid applications and gather supporting financial documentation.Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files.Communicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, and referral partners.Schedule client meetings, hearings, and deadlines while maintaining attorney calendars.Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation as requested.Prepare client files for consultations, document signing appointments, and workshops.Assist with recording deeds, filing legal documents, and obtaining certified copies.Review documents for completeness and accuracy before attorney review.Utilize the firm\'s case management software to maintain accurate records and case updates.Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client questions and keeping clients informed throughout their matter.Assist with educational workshops, community events, and other firm initiatives as needed.Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred.Minimum of 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred.Experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, or real estate is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.Core Competencies Exceptional Client ServiceAttention to DetailOrganization and Time ManagementProfessionalism and ConfidentialityProblem SolvingInitiative and AccountabilityStrong Written and Verbal CommunicationCompetitive compensation based on experiencePaid time off and paid holidaysContinuing education and professional development opportunitiesRetirement plan optionsSupportive, collaborative team environmentWhy Join Hildebrand Law Firm?
